What they want boils down to just one thing. It is land.

Your essay is far too long. Please try to cut any superfluous text and boil it down to about 10 pages.

"자네 에세이는 훨 너무 길다. 제발 불필요한 내용은 잘라서 10페이지로 요약해라."

The issue really boils down to whether customers will be willing to pay more for the same product or not.

"문제는 사실 고객들이 같은 제품을 두고 더 많이 지출하려 하겠냐는 것으로 요약된다."

Mind you, most books I seem to read these days could probably be boiled down to a sentence.

"알았지. 내가 요즘 읽는 대부분의 책들은 아마도 한 문장으로 요약될 수 있어."
