비슷하지만 2)는 관심을 'the runners'에 가져갈 가능성이 높다. 다음 문장은 'theme'(글 주제)를 'the runners'로 이끌고 나갈 것이다. 1)은 '그의 watch'와 '그들의 달리기'와의 연관성을 얘기할 가능성이 높다.
