[put up a tent]

텐트를 치다 : If people put up a wall, building, tent, or other structure, they construct it so that it is upright.

It is allowed to put up a tent on any uncultivated land for a night or two. 

"경작지가 아니면 하루 이틀 밤 텐트를 치는 게 허용된다."

Protesters have been putting up barricades across a number of major intersections.

텐트 이외에도 세우는 것을 목적어로 할 수 있다.

Basically, all it takes to get the tent up is pulling two strings. 

드물게 'get up'을 사용하기도 한다. 텐트를 걷는 것은 'take down'을 사용한다. '야영장'(camp)을 세우는 것은 'set up / pitch camp'를 사용한다.
