[어휘 또는 표현]

tsk [tisk] : 쯧쯧; 혀를 차기

on the chance that ~ : ~가 아닐까 생각하고, ~일지도 모르므로, ~하는 것을 기대하고 → ~일까 싶어 : the (usually unlikely) possibility (that something may happen or be the case)  ['chance'는 'possibility'나 'probability'의 뜻이다.]

I came early on the chance that we might have time to chat.  "우리가 대화할 시간이 있을까 싶어 일찍 왔다."

dry run : [군사 실탄 없이 하는 사격[폭격] 연습; (구어) (일반적으로) 예행연습, 모의시험, 리허설; (비어) 피임 기구를 쓰는 성교; [컴퓨터] 가상 동작 체크; 예행연습을 하다  

1) A trial exercise; a rehearsal  2) A test exercise in combat skills without the use of live ammunition.

겨냥을 하지 않고 쏘다, 운에 맡기고 하다; 무턱대고 중상하다  [ㅎ 겨냥을 하고 쏘는 것은 'take aim at'을 사용한다. ㅎ 먹자고 디리(들입다) 쏘는 거죠.]
