뒤의 'that 절' 속에는 'will'을 사용하기보다는 단순 시제로 미래를 표시한다. 전치사 'to' 다음에는 'that 절'이 따르지 못하므로 가 전치사의 목적어인 'it'을 사용한다. 그 후에 귀찮다고 생각되면 'to it'을 한꺼번에 생략하기도 한다.
