'아래쪽 낮게' 한 짓은 은밀한 짓이죠. 미국 흑인들 사이에서 양성애자를 지칭하는 표현에서 온 것으로 '은밀한 것으로, 비밀로 유지하다'의 뜻으로 사용된다.

Her parents wouldn't approve of our relationship so we keep it on the down-low.
