[남을] 어르다, 만족시키다(gratify); [사람·기질·취미 등에] 비위를 맞추다, 적응하다 : Humor, as a verb, means literally to indulge or tolerate someone's humor(noun), where the noun intends not the modern sense of 'joking' or a transient 'mood' but now archaic sense of 'temperament 'or 'idiosyncrasy' or 'eccentricity'.

Phil seems a bit cranky, so just humor him. 

"필은 좀 짜증 내는 거 같은데 그냥 그의 비위를 맞춰줘."

The only way to get along with him is to humor him. 

"그와 잘 지내는 유일한 방법은 그의 비위를 맞추는 것이다."
