까놓고 말하다 : to speak in a very direct and honest way without worrying about offending someone [우리말 '언중유골'은 말에 감춰진 뼈가 있다는 뜻이고 '언중무골'은 말에 감춰진 뼈가 없다는 뜻인데 딱 같은 의미는 아니므로 부정 어구를 포함해서 '까놓고 말하다'로 기억하기로 하자.]
