# "What is the Meadow?" I am practically hopping with excitement. I have never met anyone from my future before, much (A)[         ] a Botticelli who has encountered me 152 times.

"The Meadow is a part of my parents' place up in Michigan. There's woods at one edge of it, and the house on the opposite end. More or less in the middle is a clearing about ten feet in diameter with a big rock in it, and if you're in the clearing no one at the house can see you because the land swells up and then dips in the clearing. I used to play there because I liked to play by myself and I thought no one knew I was there. 앞에 부정문이 있으므로 '더더욱 아니고'는 'much less'를 사용한다.

['토하다'의 'throw up']

I feel like throwing up. "토할 거 같아."

3) 붙여 올리다, 띄어 올리다 : to project or display on a surface above the ground

The police threw up a few images of suspected criminals on the screen to see if the witness recognized any of them. "경찰은 혐의자들의 몇몇 이미지를 스크린에 띄어 놓고 목격자가 알아보는지 살폈다."

4) [문제 등을] 야기하다 : to produce new problems or ideas:

The meeting threw up some interesting ideas.

"회의는 몇 가지 재미있는 아이디어를 내놓았다."

The arrangement may throw up problems in other areas.

"그 계획은 다른 부분에 문제를 야기할지도 모른다."

5) 포기하다, 던져버리다 : give up; abandon, relinquish

7) 돋보이게 하다, 튀어나오게 하다 : to reveal ; produce

The political struggle threw up a strong leader.

"정치적인 투쟁이 강력한 지도자를 튀어나오게 했다."
