[if nothing else]

적어도, 최소한 (말하는 내용이 특정 상황에서 유일한 것이라는 점을 나타낸다.) : if there's nothing else I can say ; used to emphasize one good quality or feature that someone or something has, while suggesting that it might be the only good one "최소한 (유일하지만) ~한 특성", 다른 건 몰라도; 다른 건 아니어도 이것 하나만큼은 ~ 하다

It's boring, but if nothing else, I can get my homework done. 

"그건 지루해, 하지만 적어도 내 과제는 끝낼 수 있다."

If nothing else, the report points out the need for better math education.

You can say 'if nothing else' to indicate that what you are mentioning is, in your opinion, the only good thing in a particular situation.

If nothing else, you'll really enjoy meeting them. "다른 건 아니어도 만나서 즐길 수는 있을 거야."

Let's say it's a social occasion, and you are to meet some people with whom you might become good friends. Or maybe not. But, says the friend who is introducing you to them, they are entertaining and fun to spend time with; If nothing else [even if no relationship develops beyond that occasion], you'll really enjoy meeting them.
